The home buying process can often be complex and many of our buyers are going through the home buying process for the first time. We will be very happy to guide you through the steps involved.

Once we have received your instruction you will be provided with a customer login. We will take care of the booking to report completion, for your complete peace of mind. You can review the progress of your booking and valuation or survey report at all stages in our customer portal.

  • Discussion of service required with Chartered Surveyor. This is a chance to highlight any concerns you may have about the property.
  • An inspection will be booked and undertaken within 10 working days (subject to access).
  • Post inspection comment available by telephone.
  • Electronic copy of the report to client’s email within 3 days of the property inspection.
  • Surveyor available for report comment by telephone or email.
